- Given the magic numbers you need to ride at your peak
- Taught to ride your bike properly
- Taught to make optimum use of your body and mind
- Taught to ride hard and smart to see improvement week to week
Everyone wants to be a better bike rider but most people don’t think they have the time to devote to training. If you’re time poor but still want amazing results, Mega Spin’s structured training will deliver.
Mega Spin (Conditioning) classes emphasise technique and fitness with a focus on correct pedalling technique, posture, gear selection, and heart rate specific training. Mega Spin classes run for 1 hour and are beneficial for anyone from beginner to Pro.
Mega Spin Advanced (Fitness) classes emphasise fitness through heart rate specific training. These classes are highly intensive and are suitable for more advanced riders. You will need to have completed at least one block of Mega Spin before signing up to the Mega Spin Advanced class. Mega Spin Advanced classes run for 1 hour.
Mega Spin Mega Advanced (Power) classes are designed to boost fitness to the highest level and improve your threshold power. These classes are extremely intensive and suited to advanced riders only. Mega Spin Mega Advanced classes run for 1.5 hours.
