Mega Spin Hour of Power Classes introduce power training for everyone. These intensive classes are designed to boost fitness and performance through power based training, they are suitable for everyone from beginner to advanced riders.
- Classes run for 1 hour on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
- Classes start at 6.30 p.m.
- Block 1 Classes start 11 & 12 February
- Block 2 Classes start 14 & 15 April
- Block 3 Classes start 23 & 24 June
- Block 4 Classes start 25 & 26 August
- Block 5 Classes start 27 & 28 October
