Preparing for the Peaks Challenges, an overseas tour or the racing season? A Mega Training Programme will provide the structure and incentive you need to achieve your goals.
Starting with our Mega Training Questionnaire, we’ll work with you to identify your goals, strengths and weaknesses and current cycling and fitness level. We’ll then create an individualised training program so you achieve your goals.
You’ll need a bike and cycling computer with heart rate and cadence to start your training program. These basics are a necessity; if you have a power meter and stationary trainer we’ll be able to incorporate them into you program. If you’re looking at additional tools to enhance your training we’ll happily provide advice on which tools are best suited to ensuring you reach your cycling goals.
Your individualised program will incorporate regular testing to assess your cycling and fitness levels and progress throughout your program. We use Training Peaks to analyse your progress so your program can be fine-tuned to ensure you achieve your goals. Training Peaks is easily accessible, easy to use, syncs with most cycling computers and apps, and allows us to provide feedback on specific workouts and track your performance over time.
Every athlete receives the same care and attention in their training program and unlike other coaches we don’t limit the amount of contact you have with us. We want to work with you to achieve your goals and get the most out of your training program whether it takes 2 questions or 200.
