I'm the owner of Mega Bike and founder of Mega Spin.
I'm a bike fit expert and Mega Bike ride leader. I've been around the Adelaide cycling scene for over 40 years and there's not much I don't know about cycling and fitness.
I have been riding bikes since about 5 years old when I used to ride from Pimba to Woomera. The next highlight in my cycling career was riding from Royal Park to Port Elliot with a surfboard and my first girlfriend sitting on the cross bar on a cushion.
Now I enjoy the Saturday rides as much as I did racing — good mates and good fun. I ride 2-3 times per week.
I look forward seeing you in our Adelaide bike shop.
I'm Mega Bike's social media and marketing specialist. I'm also one of the Mega Spin instructors and sometimes lead our Saturday rides. I've been part of the Mega Bike team since joining the Saturday ride on a windy Saturday in 2005.
I'm a member of the Cycling SA Masters Commission and one of my passions is getting more women riding.
I've been into cycling since primary school when I used to ride my bike to school every day. I'm one of the Cycle 4 Sam crew riding to raise money for paediatric palliative care every 2 years. Incidentally, our Cycle 4 Sam Saturday Recovery Ride raises money for the cause every week (we're currently up to $5978 just in gold coin donations)
I generally ride 3 or 4 times a week, a combination of Mega Spin and our group rides.
I currently ride the best Bianchi on the planet — a Specialissima CV and a gorgeous Fondriest TF2 (but not at the same time).
